I am having problems accessing AGL information and services. Am I able to book assistance for this?  Can a person from AGL help? I realise this is a weekend but I am also available during the week. Thank you.

Hello @PhilippaCrosbie,
You can contact AGL directly to book assistance — their support team can help with account or service access, and they’ll arrange a suitable time during the week if weekends aren’t available.
