I have a direct debit setup, its active; I double checked it. For last two months its not working. I have spent time manually paying the bill.

Can you fix this. 
And why do you charge credit card transaction fees?

Hi, I have an active direct debit set up and I’ve double-checked that it’s in place, but for the past two months it hasn’t been working. I’ve had to pay the bills manually, which is inconvenient. Can you please look into this and fix the issue?

Also, I’d like to understand why credit card transaction fees are being charged. It doesn’t seem fair when I’m already trying to pay through direct debit. Please clarify.
