The AGL Assistant told someone would be back to me in 3 business days. It is now the 5th business day with no reply.

I went to the AGL Assistant yesterday and they tell me they will be back to me within 3 days so we will see how we go.

I have had a Energy Plan with AGL for a umber of years and have just started an Internet Plan with AGL. I cannot find out how to combine the two plans into the one on-line account. Both plans have the same details - email, physical address and account name. Thanks
