What’s new?
We’ve expanded the capabilities of AGL Assistant to help you get faster, clearer answers to even more questions.
Previously, the Assistant relied on pre-set responses and links to Help & Support pages. Now, with Generative AI (GenAI) powering more of the experience, it can:
- Understand your question in more detail
- Respond using up-to-date content from AGL’s Help & Support pages
- Provide answers that are more relevant to your specific query
This upgrade means GenAI now supports over 100 topics (up from 28) - including many of the most common questions we receive - and we’re continuing to add more.
