$2700 gas bill

I currently have a $2,700 estimated gas bill for 17 April - 16 May. (125,000MJ)
Support are telling me all my bills have been estimated since Sep '23.
My first bill contained a meter read by me - 7 Sep 23 6518 Cubic Meters.
As of 16 May 24 the reading is 6818 Cubic meters.
