paper accounts

I have just received a text that my gas payment is due.  I have recently swapped to AGL.  I would like to receive paper accounts in the mail.  Is this possible?

Yes this is possible, log into your account and request paper billing that will cost you an extra $1.50 (or so).

The bill you receive is a PDF, why not just print it or better still put it onto a hard drive and keep iy.
