off-peak electricity times

For 15 years the off-peak has started at 10pm.

Since the digital meter has been fitted on 21st March the off-peak has started at 11:26.

I have made many calls with absolutely no action taken and would like to get this adjusted back to 10pm as soon as possible.

That certainly doesn't sound right! Please get in touch with our digital metering team on 1800 680 430 and they'll follow this up with the meter providers for you.
