Selling my house meant I needed disconnection and change of address for my last bill. Arranged this in online chat on 09/06/2021 and got promised that everything would be arranged by 24.06.2021.
Received now my bill on the old address and billing went on till 26/07/2021.
So actually nothing happened with my request to disconnect
