concession card

The AGL website will not allow me to enter/edit my concession card address details. Nor will it allow me to 'chat' online. I have attempted w several different browsers. So basically I have no way to communicate w AGL. How convenient for AGL !!! I have a seniors card and really need to change plan to a Senior Savers.

As you mentioned you have the seniors card I do want to point out that depending on the state you reside in there is a difference between the Pension Concession card (PCC) and the Commonwealth Seniors Health Care Card (CSHC).

Are you using a VPN.

Many companies now lock you out if they sense (via your IP number) that you are not in Aussie.

If you are using a VPN set it to use a site in Australia.
