As of 14:00 Wednesday 9th September this issue has still NOT BEEN RESOLVED. I am being asked to contact a "Mia" to issue a 'verbal' confirmation and upon attempting to contact said Mia I am informed that at 12:00 on a Wednesday that I am calling "outside business hours" !?!?!? THESE "PEOPLE" ARE UNBELIEVABLE !!!!!!
