Hi @joan2726,  to adjust your billing or mailing address, without changing your supply address, you need to reach out to a customer service team member either online or over the phone.

They will confirm your identity and send you a two-factor authentication method, then can update your mailing address.

You can see all the ways to get in touch with the team here.

Kind regards,

Xander

Thanks but don't seem to get able to message or chat and I'm not waiting for hours on phone to notify.Don't understand why it's so hard to change an address but given I will cancel my plan in coming months I'm not going to bother !Sent from my Galaxy

Tried ringing. Options do not allow voice contact with an operator, so I tried online. Online tells me I cannot change your mistake of the incorrect billing address online and should contact by phone. Red Energy looks better every way. Where the hell do I go from here.

Hi @vinceev8

Thank you for your comment.

Depending on what you are calling for you would follow the different options.

But as a general inquiry you can Select Option 1 (energy) > Option 4 ( General Inquiry). It will then ask you to enter in your Date of birth followed by the # key in an attempt to bring your account up automatically if you have one with us for our agents. If you don't have an account no worries, if you follow the same process you'll still be connected with our support team to assist.

Thanks, Chris
