i need to chat to someone about my bill because you send the bill on my email and it dosent have a barcode for me to pay in the post offfice can you please send me the bill on my email please.

Hi Ali1995, 

Welcome to AGL Community! 

Our email bills should absolutely have that information on the downloaded invoice. On the original email, there will be a button that says "Download your bill (PDF)", if you click on this and go to the second page your bar code will be there. 

If you are unable to download it this way, you can also access all your bills via the AGL app or online account at anytime.
