Questions and discussion about AGL's Energy plans and your AGL Energy account
I am overdue by a few days for both gas and electricity. I am supposed to get my bills in the mail. I don't work often at my home computer. I missed both dates for both bills. Can somebody phone me on my mobile to further discuss. It's quite irritating because I get my water bills in the post.

You can manage your account and person details directly on your AGL My Account, otherwise, please contact us and we'll update check your account settings.

Hi @Jacob2008 , to make sure you have your bills sent to your preferred location, log in to your account, click your username then "Account settings" from the dropdown.
Click "Communication preferences" and then "Edit" on "Account information and Updates".
If you have any issues, just click "Message Us" on the overview page of your My Account .
