I've moved in and connected on 23 Nov, 2018 but I am yet to be billed for electricity. I've already received two bills for gas usage.
I've checked the online account and there is no indication of Electricity usage. When I moved I was told that I've been connected for both Gas and Electricity services.
Could you please investigate and reply?
