Why are you telling me to read my own meter?

You have told me to read my own meter to avoid an estimated bill. Why is that are you not going to read my meter any longer?

Hi @Jaydug . It sounds like you might have misunderstood our recent announcement about changes to the eBill format. 

Don't worry, there are no changes happening to meter reads or estimated bills. You don't need to submit your own meter reads if you don't wish to.
