Why am I getting charged for pool pump yet I don't have one

I noticed on the recent bill that I'm being charged for a pool pump yet we have neither?

Clarification please 🤔🤔

Thank you Deepesh for your reply. Please advise how the $49 will go back to my account since I have been charged for something I don't have? I have now gone into my account Profile and hope it works out moving forward.

You were not charged $49 for a pool pump and therefore cannot get it back.

 

The bill total is for your electricity that you actually consumed, AGL  has explained about this to you.

 

I could say that you also consumed 2kw per month while making your toast every morning....
