Want to change plans but it says to contact you

I am trying to change energy plans but the website says,

"Before we proceed, please call us to add some missing contact details in your account."

 

Calling is obsolete.  Is the website set at naught now?  Only a human can ask me for my contact details?

You should be able to provide any missing contact details through our webchat or live messenger, this message requesting a call appears to be a legacy message.

If a call is required, this may be for fraud prevention reasons.
