Questions and discussion about AGL's Energy plans and your AGL Energy account
I signed up for an Business Saver energy account with AGL and have spent about 2-days collectively following up with call centres to attempt to assist with meter reading to get started. I’ve progressed to ‘usage unavailable’ from ‘connection in process’ but have no idea what that actually means. Am I connected or what? I have to say this is a sad example of global call centre ‘service’ not working 100%
