Update contact details - don't have a mobile

I want to change my email address in 'Contact Details' but I cannot do that unless I first enter a mobile phone number.  I don't have a mobile phone so am unable to make the change as your system will not proceed unless a mobile number is entered.

Trying to make contact from UK to change my email address.  The Login doesn't work, the 131 tel no doesn't work, the virtual assistant is useless and there isn't a pukka telephone number I find/can use to make contact with you.  Help!!!?  davidwharvey1@outlook.com
