When downloading a PDF of my AGL bill, I am unable to load to my desktop?

After you have hit the download link on AGL's site a webpage should open. Once that is open top right hand corner to the left of the printer icon button is an arrow pointing down "click it" which will give you the ability to download it as a PDF. This could differ from browser to browser.
