Still waiting for the promised email explaining why i suddenly started receiving bills in the last three months. Prior to that we were always in credit . We have solar , our grid usage went down, still only my wife and i in the home etc. The bill says Actual meter read but in the reading it has NO start kwh reading and a number in the end reference! No one can tell me how that end reference was reached because there is NO start reference. I have questioned the bill because i believe this end reference number is wrong. AGL customer retention were not at all bursting with knowledge or enthusiasm to assist either.
