Meter readings

I sent AGL a meter reading (electric) on 9/2/25I received a bill and paid more than half the amount on 14/2 Then on 15/2 a contractor from ‘Skilltech’ tried to read my meter AGAIN as my address was on his ‘list’  - he could not do so, as I had covered the meter with a note stating that I had read the meter and received a bill. Unable to find another meter reading on my profile

I just received the latest gas bill which seems very unreasonable. I am living by myself. I have to pay $80 per month. I just cooked and shower twice everyday. This amount is like a 2-3 people household. They said that it is an estimated bill. Peak Event Monday 20 January 2025

On Monday 20 Jan 2025, AGL invited me to participate in the Peak Event starting 6:30pm which I had registered. Hi, I have just signed up with AGL for my energy. Having delayed connnection until the 15th of Feb, can you tell me if AGL arranges the cancellation of my current energy supplier (origin) or do I have to do this? I don’t want to sit without power and trying to get this sorted seamlessly.

I moved from the property in Dec 2022

Dear Sir/Madam, I moved out of the property you keep sending me bills for in late December 2022.you have assured me many times that you would disconnect the service and today I see a fresh bill with over $200 added to it.

Hi, I signed up to AGL on the 29/6/24. There was a Velocity bonus points offer if I signed-up before the 30/6/24 where I would receive 20K points for electricity and 10K for Gas. However, I've only been credited 10K for electricity and 5K for Gas?!

Agl overcharging demand tarrif

Hi, I think I have been overcharged my demand tarif for the jul-aug billing period. My bill states 2.12kw usage during demand times. My usage is sent half hourly, so for a 2.12 kw, I would have to have used 1.06kwh in a 30min period. I searched my usage history and I could only find 0.35kwh on 30th July and 0.45kwh on 13th July. When should I switch from AGL to different provider to avoid delay?

Hello, I've just switched to AGL and the three month billing cycle has just started on the 20th of June. I intend to switch to a different provider around about the start of September.  What is the best date to initiate transfer? I don't want the switch to be delayed and/or attract exist fees.

I want to see how much my balance is on my account but can’t seem to find it anywhere . 
I think I would be legally right by stopping payments until your company can show me that I actually owe money to you .
