Rebates

Where are our rebates? They were supposed to be given to customers months ago, it is not AGL’s money to hang on to and give when they feel like it. Why can I still not see any of my rebates.

Please be advised that we have processed the first instalment of credits for Government Energy Bill Relief rebate to all our electricity customers, which will appear on your next bill. Rebate or rebates?  The gov't and state gov't is 2 rebates?

Based in SA my $75 Federal rebate is showing on my account as deposited on the 13 August.

Please note that this does not show in my Account Balance but will be automatically deducted from my next bill and any other amount owed will be taken from my Account Balance (currently $280).

I cannot comment on state rebates as our household is not eligible.
