Why can't you just sed me my bill. This website is impossible to navigate. I would like my bill sent to me not just a sample of it. I find it impossible to find my bill on your site. It is bloody terrible. I am getting really sick of it.

Your bill summary email contains a link labelled "Download your bill". Clicking this will display your full itemized bill.
