As advised, appreciate if you could assist looking at the matter with regards to my QLD energy rebate as I believe it is yet to be applied to our energy account. We were under impression that everything is in order when my builder opened the account with AGL's representative and we were told that we are eligible and the 1k energy rebate will be automatically applied to our account.
It sounds like you're referring to the Queensland Energy Rebate, which should have been automatically applied to your AGL energy account. If you were informed that you’re eligible and it hasn’t been applied yet, it’s best to contact AGL’s customer service directly to inquire about the status of the rebate.
