Questions and discussion about AGL's Energy plans and your AGL Energy account
Hello,although my agl electricity & gas accounts are in my name, my husband pays the bills.His name is not on the house title, he is isted as having access to my agl account.
We are on a Value Saver option, my husband setup a payment plan for Gas , however although listing his bank account as it to be debited from, the payment came out of my bank account , twice.
Please, what do I do?

You can update the direct debit details in the AGL app or my account, alternatively you can contact us and we can update the details for you https://www.agl.com.au/help-support/contact-us.

The easiest way to do a payment plan is to set up automatic payments from your bank account to the Bpay option on your latest bill.
That way you have complete control over your payments, you can increase or decrease payments based on your predicted billing.
To get your predictive billing simply log onto your account go to billing and then calculate your average billing daily cost.
