Hello,although my agl electricity & gas accounts are in my name, my husband pays the bills.His name is not on the house title, he is isted as having access to my agl account.We are on a Value Saver option, my husband setup a payment plan for Gas , however although listing his bank account as it to be debited from, the payment came out of my bank account , twice.Please, what do I do?
