Next meter read date on bill

I have complained about the new bill not having the next meter read date  on it when is this going to be resolved.

Hi @NeilC ,

 

In the case of non-smart meters I suspect this may be due to the meter read date being operationally determined by the distributor who reads the meter rather than by AGL, but I'll follow up on this for you.
