Questions and discussion about AGL's Energy plans and your AGL Energy account
In the past couple of days I have received a bill and a general email, both addressed to a different email than what is recorded on my plan profile. I have never provided AGL with the alternate email address, it's not recorded anywhere in my AGL profile and I'd like to know where they got it and why they are using it.
I commenced an online chat 1 hour 10 minutes ago and still waiting for a response.
