Netflix Plan trying to log into Netflix on TV asking for payment details?

Hi I have signed up to the Netflix top plan and when I go into Netflix on my TV it is asking for my payment details and to sign up to Netflix?

Hi @mazjann 

Once your Energy Plan was activated you should have received an email with the steps to link your Netflix account so that it's connected to your AGL account.

We have our webpage which has Netflix Plan support and all the steps on activating, please let me know if you've gone through this and need more support.
