I signed up for AGL in November last year and a credit check was done on my file. However, AGL put the connection address to my neighbour's place and after contacting AGL to get it resolved, they only half fixed it. The electricity was at the right address but the gas wasn't and in addition, another credit check was performed. I contacted AGL once again and finally got the gas connected at the right place, however, once again AGL performed another credit check. So I've had a total of 3 credit checks done on my account - instead of the standard 1 and as you can imagine this has tanked my credit score.
I've tried getting in touch with AGL multiple times but have not heard back. Can someone from AGL please get in touch with me asap.
