Monthly account not received

AGL please advise why account due to be received on 1 June has not been received and online advice is next bill is due in 26 days when this will be for June and not May. 
how many platforms do customers have to use to use to get a simple answer from AGL

With monthly billing I assume you have a smart meter.

 

It takes AGL about 3 days to process the bill, so I would expect you will get it today (if you have it e-mailed to you).

 

Yesterday was 4th, so if you add 26 to that it will be the 30 June when your next bill is due.
