Hello,
I could not find it in my account 2 bills that I need.
It is for electricity between 14/09/2020 to 14/12/2020 and gas between 14/10/2020 to 14/12/2020.
How would I be able to recover them ?

Hi @Lylou73
If these bills are not appearing in your bill history on My Account when you log in, I'd suggest that you click the "Message Us" button on your My Account overview page and speak to an agent. They'll be able to send the missing bills through to you.
