Issue with billing. Credit card already setup in account but not automatically being charged!

I have had my credit card setup in my account and have had that for a number of years. In my previous apartment this was no issue and was automatically deducted from my card so don't get late fees! In my currnet place, this is no longer the case. Now this is not working and I have to pay this manually. This has caused me to be chaged late fees. becuase of this I will be looking at different providers! not happy with the setup.

I’m really sorry to hear about the trouble you’ve been experiencing, and I completely understand how frustrating this must be for you. From what it looks like, when you moved to the new property, the direct debit wasn’t linked to your new account, which caused the payment to not process when the bill was issued.
