Hi Laza,

Thanks for being part of the AGL Community!

You will find the different meters and usage data on the second page of your bill. Please be aware that we only have visibility over the solar you feed back into the grid, so if you are looking for the total amount of solar you generate, you need to refer to your inverter.

Kind Regards,

Jenna

Laza,

On your bill you have one or two or three (maybe more) items on your bill.

the item that states "Feed-in Tariff" is the income from your solar panels.

What if it says my solar feed in is 0%?

@Tleeboop

If your Feed-in is 0 then you did not generate any solar.

When you look at the app or your usage on the Web My Account page does it indicate any solar production?

Have you previously been paid for solar Feed-in?

If there is no feed-in indicated on the graph for the current billing period go back to the previous billing period and see when production stopped.

Go to your inverter and see if it indicates any production (should be a display).

Of course, to view production on the inverter, you should look at this when the sun is illuminating your panels fully.

If you are not producing any solar it is possible that for some reason your inverter has shut down.

At your power board check that the Solar fuse has not tripped, if it has, try and reset it.

If the fuse is OK, then following the instructions shut down the solar system. Wait for a minute or so and then carry out the start up routine.

After about one minute you should see the inverter indicating it is generating power.

If you do not feel safe doing any of the above you should ask for assistance or get an electrician to check it for you.

Cheers Neil
