How can I find and download my past bills (PDF)?

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to access my past AGL bills through the app, but I noticed that the available bills only start from 2024, while my electricity usage actually began in 2023.

I assume the earlier bills (in 2023) may have been issued as paper bills, which is why they’re not showing in my account.

However, I now need electronic copies (PDF) of those earlier bills for record purposes.

Could anyone please advise:

• How can I request those past bills in electronic format?
• Is there a way to have them added to my online account?
• Or do I need to contact AGL support directly?

Thank you for your post. 

Even if your bills have been issued as paper they should still appear online. 

You mention that you can only get to 2024 within the app, if you log into the online browser are you able to get the ones further back? 

I'm going to send through a Private Message in the chance they aren't to assist further.
