Hi everyone, I’m trying to access my past AGL bills through the app, but I noticed that the available bills only start from 2024, while my electricity usage actually began in 2023. I assume the earlier bills (in 2023) may have been issued as paper bills, which is why they’re not showing in my account. However, I now need electronic copies (PDF) of those earlier bills for record purposes.
