Haven't received Queensland households Electricity rebate 2023-2024

There is $550 Cost of Living auto Rebate on electricity bills to all Queensland households but I haven't received it yet. Please guide me when and where to receive it.

The first instalment of the Energy Bill Relief should have been applied to your account late last week.

I haven't received the rebate either. Is AGL waiting for people to ask for it or are they going to apply it all qld accounts?
