Utilities Relief Grant scheme letters approved by DHS

I would like to upload to the two approval letters I have from DHHS in Victoria approving my Utilities Relief Grant amounts for Gas and Electricity. They advised that AGL is to apply to amounts to my accounts. Please advise as I the amounts are still showing overdue on my accounts.

It is wonderful that you have been approved! As I am sure you can appreciate, government departments are a bit slower than we would like and it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to be applied. 

The online account may still show the overdue but internally the amounts may have been applied, our Messaging Team in the AGL App can check that for you.
