Gas pricing cheaper on the website than my bill despite being on the same plan

I decided to look around at gas prices and compared the pricing on my agl bill to the pricing on the agl website.

The pricing is different, where my bill pricing is higher, yet the plan name is the same "value saver" both on my bill and on the agl website.

Anyone have issues with this, is AGL just purposely creating new plans on their website with the same name but not notifying current customers to rip us off? 

The pricing is significant, will be just under $200 difference per year that I will pay extra at the rates on my bill vs if i was charged the rates on the agl website.
