Have called 6 times over the course of two weeks, each time the call ending with a promise that they will call back. And I have never had a call back the whole time.
everytime I call back I get the same promise someone will follow up and call back (on the same day) and I do not hear from there ever again. I can name all the staff I have spoken to and made the promises. Just blatantly saying they will do something and not doing it.
