Fees for moving house/transferring plan?

Hi, 

I cant seem to select the "Contact page" to sent an enquiry. I may be moving to a new apartment in about 2-3 months so I want to prepare everything I need beforehand. I wanted to know whether there were any fees or if I need to contact someone for a final read prior to my move.
