Questions and discussion about AGL's Energy plans and your AGL Energy account
I am really frustrated. On 17 July I switched providers from AGL to another. In Victoria ,apparently, rebates are not applied until 31 July, to the provider / account that was held on 1 July . I am getting conflicting information from both providers. One saying the rebate is applied to the account that was held with on 1 July and the other provider saying it is picked up by the new provider on 31 July.
I have been on on the online chat now for 3 hrs with no solution as no one can help.
Any light on this would be greatly appreciated
