Agl are ridiculously expensive and unclear. Can’t find any information online, my last bill except the cost, no meter read, even the peak hour times or any other plan information. Can anyone suggest a better supplier ? They are just ripping people off

If you are having trouble reading your bill, we do have a helpful guide on where the information you mention looking for such as peak times and meter reads are located. 

You can find the how to read your bill guide on our website.

For the particular parts you are looking for, will be located on the second page under "New Charges and Credits", and the third page under "Meter Details"

yep, they sure are.

my bills vary from credit to paying hundreds of dollars in consecutive billing periods with solar.

sometimes i am away for 8 weeks of the billing period and still get an expensive bill.

If you have a smart meter, you are able to track your energy usage. You'll be able to do this using the AGL App or through your My Account.
