Email saying that My Husband no longer works for AGL

This is Anthony here (Sonias' Husband)

With both our gas and electricity statements this month we received a message saying " You may no longer work with us , but you're still an AGL Family and Friend. It also tells us that our plan will change 

As I am typing this from my desk at Bayswater power station on an AGL laptop I can tell you that I definitely still work with AGL. Please adjust your data
