Electricity rebate for senior Australians

I have a Commonwealth Seniors Health Card. I understood in mid 2023 that the Commonwealth Gov't would provide this rebate in the electricity account billing. When should I expect it on my AGL electricity billing?

Hi @RHoness - thank you for your question.

According to Centrelink, the Commonwealth Seniors Health Card is unfortunately not eligible for energy concession, you may be confusing this with the Centrelink Health Care Card.

The government Seniors card, in QLD, however, is eligible for concession - is this the kind of card you hold?
