Compensation for power outage

Hi - we have a shack at Nora Creina SA 5276 and the power was out for approx 40 hours last week.

We went there on the weekend and found some refrigerator / freezer food spoilage.

Please advise how we make a claim for this.

Hi @PamelaJ  - the first step will be determining your electricity distributor and getting in touch with them, as they'd be responsible for compensation if you are eligible. AGL is your electricity retailer, but not your distributor.

You'll find your distributor listed at the top of your AGL bill, or you can use this tool to look up your distributor.
