Hi,
How long does it typically take for ones account to be updated.
IE: I bought an AGL Solar Battery bundle which is now operational
and have changed from Super Saver to Solar Saver plan. And a minor
spelling mistake in my Surname corrected.
And for my android app to start showing the feed in credit portion that is missing.
I was told 24 to 48 hrs for this to happen though now I am kissing the 48 hr mark.
Is it 72hrs a week ?
As far as I can see I am feeding a substantial amount of energy into the grid for
free and I am now paying the higher energy rate at the same time.
What has everyone else's experience been in this area.
Any thoughts or ideas are welcome.

My Current Status has not changed,
My Surname is still misspelt on my AGL account.
Still not showing a feed in tariff section in my app or online at AGL.
Solar is averaging 25Kw - 30Kw feed in per day to the grid free of charge to AGL.
My projected energy bill is almost @ $500 as i heat the house evening & night without the tariff offset to help me.
And i am paying the new higher energy usage charge to boot
Monday i was told over the phone by AGL this would take 24 to a max 48 hrs for all changes to take effect.
I am now looking at day 5 in a few hours and am starting to worry.
I really really would appreciate an assist here.
