Can't download my electricity bills

I can't dowload my previous electricity bills from link in email. It takes me straight to Help and Support page instead.  It tells me to go to the  drop down menu under Billing and select Past Bills but it has no drop down menu at all under Billing.

I need to download and print my previous bills not just my most recent bill.

Thanks for your post, just confirming you have followed these steps; 

To view and download your latest bill in My Account:

1. Go to the Billing tab.
2. Select Download your PDF bill.

Previous bills are also available for download:

1. Go to the Billing tab.
2. Scroll down to Bill history to find previous bills.
3. Select the down arrow to the right of the bill you want to download.
4. Select Download your PDF bill.

no matter where I try the download pdf button is Not functioning - I Now request to have a pdf bill attached to the quarterly email sent as it should be - if selling a product the seller is required by law to produce a bill

Thanks for the advice to click on Download Your PDF Bill.

The option no longer appears in either of the locations advised in the solution, when logged in via Firefox on desktop PC.

Please advise the new way to download my pdf bill.

Further update is that the day after the email arrives with the option to Download your bill (PDF), the option to "Download your PDF bill" becomes available as an option on the Billing page. 

There is still no option to download the pdf on the Overview page.

whether the billing or email link neither work. I once again advised that I require my pdf bill attached to the initial email advising billing, by commercial law a bill must accompany the intended bill hence the name billing!
