Further update is that the day after the email arrives with the option to Download your bill (PDF), the option to "Download your PDF bill" becomes available as an option on the Billing page. There is still no option to download the pdf on the Overview page.

Thanks for the advice to click on Download Your PDF Bill.The option no longer appears in either of the locations advised in the solution, when logged in via Firefox on desktop PC.Please advise the new way to download my pdf bill.
